Christiana Balogun is an accomplished senior leader with a strong background in both business management and health and social care. She began her professional journey in Business Administration, completing an HND in Procurement, a Postgraduate Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership, and a Master in Business Administration. Her foundation in organisational management has played a vital role in her approach to leading care services with structure, clarity and purpose.
Christiana transitioned into the care sector over ten years ago and has since built a respected career across NHS and private organisations. She started as a Support Worker, gaining hands-on experience supporting children and adults with disabilities, autism and complex needs. Her commitment to quality care and her natural leadership ability led her to progress into roles such as Care Coordinator and Deputy Care Manager, and later into senior management positions.
She holds QCF Level 3 and Level 5 qualifications in Health and Social Care, allowing her to blend strong academic knowledge with practical, real-world experience. Over the years, she has developed a deep understanding of supported living, quality management, safeguarding and service development. Her expertise includes overseeing complex caseloads, improving service standards and leading teams with professionalism and empathy.
In her role as Registered Manager and Director of Operations at JCB Care Limited, Christiana provides strategic leadership for all operational services. She is responsible for safeguarding, compliance, workforce quality and the continuous development of the organisation. Her focus is to ensure that every decision, every service and every staff member reflects the organisation’s commitment to dignity, safety and person centred care.

Johnson Balogun is a highly experienced educator, care assessor and social care professional whose career spans more than fourteen years across both the health sector and private care environments. His background combines teaching, behaviour support, specialist assessments and leadership within care settings, giving him a rare blend of academic strength and hands-on expertise.
Johnson has worked extensively with individuals who have learning disabilities, autism, complex needs and challenging behaviours. His work in education and social care has shaped his ability to understand people, motivate teams and create systems that improve the lives of those who need support.
With multiple qualifications in Health and Social Care, Johnson brings depth, insight and high standards to the strategic direction of JCB Care Limited. His professional interests include innovation in care delivery, service development, supported living pathways, learning disability services, marketing strategy and the use of assistive technology to improve independence and wellbeing.
